Pimpin' ass interior colors and materials. I'd love to be able to check the box for a money green Cadillac CTS or a red velour Grand Cherokee. We have nice interiors nowadays but they're based in European minimalism. You can get black, gray, brown trimmed in brown wood plastic, piano black plastic or aluminum.
Simplicity. When I look under the hood of a car I want to see the inner workings, not a bunch of plastic.

The number I care most about is number of forward gears actuated by a clutch.
Miata on skinny snow tires always gets me a bunch of looks, especially when I'm top down and bundled up just for the hell of it. Handles it as well as anything I've ever owned as long as the snow is low enough that the bumper doesn't turn into a plow.
