You realize that the batteries aren’t actually 20V batteries, right? Take a multimeter to them, and you’ll see they’re 18V all the time except for when they’re fresh off the charger. The packaging even has a disclaimer that it’s 18V nominal working voltage. So they’ll be 36 or 72 Wh for 2 or 4 Ah batteries.
