One more thought re: Peggy killing Hanzee… I read an interview with Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons about filming the finale. They said it was super intense, and she had nightmares for days after she saw/had to do. So I'm thinking either Hanzee, Ed or both will go brutally at the hands of Peggy.
