Totally! I think my first win I went with the Monk Reaction ability restore HP. Now, my default is a Ninja Ramza with auto potion.

It really just depends on what classes and skills you have. It's pretty easy to build a super powerful party.

Rafa is the worst. Definitely the Britta of FFT.

Podcasts. And science fiction and fantasy audiobooks. I've already listened to Firefight by Brandon Sanderson, Providence of Fire and The Emperor's Blades by Brian Staveley, The Martian by Andy Weir (this book is incredible), and I'm halfway through You by Austin Grossman. My job is incredibly tedious. Luckily, I can

This doesn't sound like a bug. It sounds like a throwback to old game design where a failure to allow multiple saves (or to make multiple saves) can put you in an unwinnable situation. A younger me had a similar problem to this in Final Fantasy Tactics. During my first play through, I managed to muddle through the

Meh. Many of those think pieces are more interesting than the work they cover anyway.

It's too difficult to animate female faces.

I think the article is one of the best video game long reads I've seen In a while. It's especially fascinating to me to see so much effort spent on something where the only purpose is prurient as the developers admit that with a sports bra or more realistic sizes it would be easier to animate "realistically."

It's an open question if the problems with representation in the industry simply represent a case of developer arrested development or whether it is the inevitable conclusion of a amoral capitalistic machine that demands every more jiggly boobies.

I find it somewhat ironic that the crux of the piece is the amount of artistry that is actually needed to get boobs to animate realistically.

Love reading these articles about the technical bits that go into animating these characters bits.

It's more fun when everything you build goes to hell.

I once played a Bzantine game as the Duke of Athens where I conquered Sicily, usurped the Empire, got deposed, and managed to use the remnants of my Imperial retinue to get a papal sanction (the empire went Catholic for no good reason ) to invade Acquitaine which I used as a spring board to retake the empire. That's a good point. I had a NES, but I skipped the 16 bit generation for a Sony Playstation. As a result, the entire SNES and Sega era leaves me basically cold, and I reserve my nostalgia for CRPGs, 32 bit JRPGs and whatever else Sony was doing at the time.

Shameful Confession: I've been playing games for almost three decades at this point and my experience with this series is wholly contained by playing half of Twilight Princess (it was ok but I had no desire to finish ) and buying but never playing Skyward Sword. What is wrong with me? I like fantasy adventure games.

The whole Riggins stays at coach's arc is well the comedic high point of the series in my opinion.

It's a transition Buffy Season 6 for hopeless twenties phase. And you get American Beauty for your hopeless 40s phase. No matter how old you get the only thing that remains constant is hopelessness and young, attractive, petite blonde young women.

Rest assured, I don't like watching double meet palace and mid season 7 buffy for totally different reasons. I like season six just some of its grim darkness is hard to watch especially as I grow out of the hopeless phase of my twenties.

I disagree with this. I think that Buffy's highs are about as good as the medium ever got with only a couple of Angel moments that this episode being chief among those. Rewatching both, there are some stretches of Buffy that are really tough to watch (especially parts of season 6 and 7). Angel really only has Conner
