There may not be a consensus, but opinion normally coalesces around a strong plurality (if not an outright majority) choice.

Don't fret too much. I knew none of this on my first play through and managed to soldier on with basic classes. Actually, I find it more fun that way as over grinding completely eliminates any tactics you might actually use

That's why you need a game to play while you are waiting on your guys to get that sweet, sweet jp.

One thing that is interesting about the persona series to me though is how American (or maybe universal? ) it feels as a part of the teen drama genre.

It is pretty fun. There is more bluffing and faster paced action when compared to poker.

Which Baldur's Gate?

Love me some Baldur's Gate 2. The inquisitor is an excellent choice as it really makes most of the toughest enemies in the game easy. It's only down side though is it doesn't synergize well with magic without careful micro management.

This is a problem I have with both of those games. They both force you to make tough decisions about builds with so little information on how best to make the choice.
