Every year, I reread two books without fail: Starship Troopers and Ender's Game. ST always helps remind me that there's always a hump to get over, and EG because you have to be creative to solve problems.

Ender's Game. I re-read it during the absolute worst time in my life, and while I was reading it was pretty much the only time I was even a little ok. I was bummed I went through it so fast.

The show has never failed to make me smile no matter what was happening in my life - be it death, illness, or failure.
