The AND1 mixtape parody is a favorite of mine. The real tapes were all about skills and hype. Chappelle getting showy with baseball, tennis, and bowling skills really worked. Of course the best line is from Donnell, "That's the sickest shit I have ever seen in my LIFE!". Dave's bowling defense was pretty funny.
