Carrey totally blew it in terms of cashing in. Dumb and Dumber may be the last comedy he was in that anyone remembers fondly. Now he's 50 years old. All he's got to show for it is the money. Maybe that's why he wants to work again, to be relevant?  At least he's not fat. That's what did Steven Segal in.

I honestly think the drop is due to people not knowing it was going to be on.  I bet the weekend re-runs get great ratings.

After we see them taken from JFK to the Jersey Shore, I realized that collectively they are all Slurms McKenzie. They are doomed to party. Slut shaming Ryder seemed unnecessary, but Paulie fucking her in front of Vinny and a camera crew adds a new level of creep.

Gainax + Production I.G. is a win for me. The Pillows song at the end is still in my head these many years later. Reading this review made me think about the Production IG animated bit of Kill Bill 2, which is crudely animated in comparison.

Are they seriously going to exhume Dick Clark from his sarcophagus for this? NYE is all about optimism and having fun. Then Dick Clark comes on all stroked out to mess out a 10 to 1 second count down. The first year they did this, I thought it was the network's idea. Now I know it's his. His production company is

The reason people tune into the Kennedy Center Honors is because the President shows up. Otherwise no one in the 99% would care. By 99% I mean people not in the biz or rich, or both.

Where is the rest of the review? Can we give it an F for failing to explain why this movie earned an F? Well I guess that's what Rotten Tomatoes is for.

I think he should steal more ideas from Superman III.

The Kim vs Brandi confrontation was the highlight of the episode for me. For all the crap Brandi takes for just being her, Kim seems to get away with murder. In Kim's mind she's the paragon of virtue, like Chris Jericho in the 90s. In reality, she's high on 3-4 different prescription drugs for mental disorders and

I'll wait for the remake of the remake to come out on Netflix streaming. Maybe Michael Bay can direct that one. I'd love to see how he crams all his signature spaz dialogue and explosions into this. I'd also love to see how he puts America in peril. Hell he should just make it Bad Boys 3.

This has to be the most absurd music interview of the year. If someone were writing a parody of a rap star interview, I think this is how it would go. I hope he keeps his name well into his 40s, if he lives that long.

Oh boy, fish out of water jokes.

Bill Maher's career shows that when a comedian stops being funny, he can sell the public on his own brand of smug for over 2 decades. Well not really sell… He has a low rated, self important TV show. My favorite clip is Chris Matthews and Alec Baldwin to get over some perceived slight that had happened 2 weeks ago.

I think this episode really captured how annoying and tedious Glee is as a show. I was impressed with the level of parody and satire. It was pretty clever to treat Glee Club like a brainwashing cult with the infection of corny enthusiasm slowly spreading.

Corniest part of the episode: Pete's salute to Ruxin when he reaffirms his love for Shiva. Funniest banter: Andre trying to guess what procedure Jenny needs in his most gentile manner, and his eagerness to do vaginal rejuvenation.

Reminiscing about the 90s just seems so peculiar. It was like the last gasp of pre-internet relevancy for a lot of things. I don't even have to wait to tell my kids how we got along without cell phones. I work with people that were kids when they became mainstream.

Red Letter Media described Adam Sandler movies as being worse then being banal and vapid. Each movie is a way for him to get all his pals paid while they have a good time. The fact that audiences still love movies like Billy Madison and The Waterboy is completely exploited. I hope they do make this and it loses 300

All Christmas music is fucking terrible. I do mean fucking terrible as worse then just plain terrible. I wish 3 Inches of Blood would take inspiration from Hanukkah. After all, it is the story of armed rebellion to take back Jerusalem.

I thought Gary Numan was dead. I suppose I have him confused with Falco. The last part of "Cars" where it's just instrumental is amazing. It's a perfect synth-pop soundscape.
