“They just wear socks with sandals now.”
“absolute hairy minge” was my favourite
that story she included about the absolute clusterfuck that ensued from a faculty member going out drinking with a student...all i could think was, well wouldn’t it be useful to have some kind of rule to prevent that sort of thing? isn’t that the whole idea? if they’re true soulmates they can pick it up after…
i don’t think we need to throw out the whole concept of feminism; just stop giving oxygen to (or have a quiet word with, whatever you’ve got the patience for) the trigger-warning brigade
ok but where can i find out more about sexy rodeos
feminists love monoliths, it’s well known
for fuck’s sake
BEHOLD! MY ASS!
phew. oh wait, he’s still a scumbag though. was unaware til just now that pedro almodovar was on the list too.

again, there’s very little choice outside of catholic schools; people aren’t sending their kids to these places because they want a specifically catholic education. getting the catholic influence out of the school system is a major ongoing issue primarily due to the type of bullshit illustrated above.
i don’t see any reference to it being a private school.
the vast majority of schools in ireland are catholic-run, so it is a ‘normal’ school; people have very little choice if they want their kids to go elsewhere.
there’s an incredibly vocal ultra-conservative catholic lobby that sets up a false dichotomy pretty much directly analogous to the way climate change deniers operate, creating the impression that there is a major camp of conservative public opinion.
PUT EM UNDA PRESHAH
irish people abroad are eligible to vote if they’ve been out of the country less than 18 months. you are not eligible to vote if you think you might like to go to ireland on holiday sometime. hope this clears things up.
