Joke that I enjoyed way too much: The birdcall Bob White used belongs to a bird named the Bobwhite Quail.

Did they have the right to vote, though? I thought the fact that the Morty candidate was treated as a joke implied that only Ricks could vote.

My theory? It’s the Morty from the picture on Birdpersons wall, the Morty Rick saw in his happy memories of Morty that he couldn’t possibly have if he abandoned his family, Evil Morty is the Morty our Rick raised from infancy

An excellent change of pace. I liked some of the details- “Aw Jeez” being Morty slang, for one.

I have a feeling Doofus Rick will make a return, both because of his uniqueness, and because of his bond with our current Jerry.

Can we just call this Rick and Morty’s Magnolia episode? That’s what it feels like, and in the most complimentary way possible.
