If Alasdair didn't do such a good job writing the reviews, I'd probably comment more to complain about what he missed or what he got wrong.

Did you ever find Bugs Bunny attractive when he put on a dress and played a girl bunny?
sometimes you gotta let the hen know who the rooster is
I think it's more that Mass Romantic and Electric Version are so obviously great that nobody needs to come to their defense.
Twin Cinema is the NP album I go to least often just because of "Bones of an Idol"

Mass Romantic and Electric Version are pretty similar. They're peppy. Those are the early albums.
I'd read an article arguing that Challengers is the best NP album if it wasn't written by Todd.
I like to think that every character is a human, but that in the RS world, humans can be shaped like birds or gumball machines or yetis or ghosts.
if you're talking about American Dad, you meant to say Jeff Fischer's mom
AT seems pretty immune to unfunny people doing voices for it. Marc Maron, Weird Al, and Andy Samberg weren't offensive in their episodes. one of the chicks from Garfunkel & Oates was in an episode, and it was okay.
there was no way I wasn't going to finish IJ. a few times I'd pick up the book in bed thinking it would help me fall asleep.
caught a House marathon on USA, and quickly got swept up by House's assholishness and the VERY VERY constant structure of every episode (you're wrong, House, it's only 7:24, and you're going to be wrong again. go talk to wilson and have an epiphany).
this zooey show will be terrible, but anybody who's seen at least a few PB-centric episodes knows the idea not only isn't automatically bad, but has already worked really well.
I totally had a reaction like "why wasn't the show like this the whole time?"
I remember as the Margaret episodes dragged on and nothing happened, it felt like the diary episode was their mission statement regarding her character
I'm pretty sure this is like what Bitches Brew is for Jazz (or what El-P was for rap for me)
at least CJ has some characteristics. Margaret was bland to the core.
I hope they quickly lose all the rest of the cocaine, and the rest of this season is about something else.
