Agreed. My credit score is over 800 and I haven’t had a car loan or mortgage in about a decade. I do have credit cards and utilities that I pay in full every month and that keeps my credit score high.

The problem is that that “well-performing brokerage account” could tank virtually overnight because of a “market correction.” However, that loan doesn’t shrink just because your brokerage account is worth half of what it was yesterday.

I think it’s a case of “who moved my cheese?” It’s funny, because these sites seem to attract an awful lot of people who call themselves progressive and liberal, but when faced with something different their immediate reaction is, “It’s not what I’m used to. I hate it!”

You omitted a step. Take a wire brush and clean the burners. The holes can get clogged with the drippings. Cleaning them will ensure a more even flame across the burner and thus better heat distribution.
