Garbage.
Garbage.
A man lives in Austin and missed this because being disabled is stupid. Still it’s amazing that more and more people are being able to go to Cons and getting to take part in Cosplay. Growing up you’d have to travel pretty long distances just to get to some if there were even once within a few states of yourself.
Just…
Is this the year 90s cartoon characters all become crime-solving investigators?
This is a world where I can turn some Elmers superglue and a bag of recycling into a night vision scope that tracks targets. Not sure that modifying fashion is all that outrageous.
Eh... it’s been 200 years. Shit should be getting better, at least in the larger settlements. The dress at least makes sense. Not in gravitational terms, but the idea that people would be making new things and that those with surplus would use some of that surplus to look pretty and show off isn’t unreasonable.
Wicked Awesome
I’ve watched Miller before and knew he was good. But watching yesterday felt like I had the TV set at 1.5x normal speed — like the refresh rate was broken. Absolutely insane.
In my opinion, a lot of the matches i’m in are more methodical in their approach. You have to stop and think, plan your move accordingly because you never know where the next kill-hole might be or the next C4 trap might be. Someone is ALWAYS watching unless you’re playing with a good team that knows to take out the…
I’ve really been enjoying Siege. It’s always tense, the guns blazing approach rarely pays off. Some of the walls can be shot up, but most are solid. One of the popular defense tactics is to use a shotgun or melee to put a hole in a breakable wall that you can shoot through. It’s not particularly frustrating, and it…
It’s the best multiplayer shooter simulation since Counterstrike
Adding to the noise here, but I’ve sunk a ton of hours into this game, and I think you have to hold two conflicting truths in tension here. The first is that it’s wildly overpriced, set up as a free-to-play and constantly reminding you that you haven’t sunk more than the required $60 in, little things here and there…
I totally recommend it as a PC player. It’s got a lot of tense moments. Some games just leave you clenched as you try to get the final bullet or the clock to run out. It’s not super tactical but just tactical enough that you need to think about when to reload, when to move position, where to be looking, and…
If you’ve ever done paintball, airsoft, or some other type of MilSim, this game feels like it. You spend a lot of time straining your ears for any little sound, and flying bullets really make your heart race. In my friend’s words: “First it’s too quiet...then it’s too loud.”
I’ve read that the game is much better if you have friends so if you have people willing to try it out with you and coordinate defense and assault then it’s definitely worth it. Outside of that, it seems they fixed up a few things about matchmaking so it’s probably worth it now as a solo player.
IMO, it’s more the former than the later.
For my money, it’s really only fun if you have friends to play it with, because it really requires coordination to do well. But if you do, it’s a lot of fun.
Yeah, it definitely has that :)
Huh. I very rarely ran into that. There are certainly some players who are good enough to just run in and kill everyone, but about 95% of ones trying that fail miserably. Absolute majority of the games I play aren’t really like that, but it probably depends on luck and all that.
Well, when you play with more experienced players it becomes more tactical. So playing with PUGs can be hit or miss.
I like it. Especially if you have friends to play with. I suggest renting it and trying it out.
