Nope. It *does* detect if I’m using a low latency device like a console or PC and turn on Gaming Mode on it’s own, but that’s literally the only lag-reducing feature my TV has.

And that’s great your TV has that feature. Not all of them do, and not all of them remove enough input lag to make up the difference.
I have a 60" Panasonic Plasma, relatively new too. It has a “game” mode that removes some input lag (from like 50 ms down to 30ms), but there’s no “PC” mode, and it’s definitely a…
Problem is most large screen TV’s these days have a huge amount of input lag (anywhere from 20-40 ms) even with gaming mode on, using something you expect practically immediate feedback response from such as a mouse on a big screen TV with a lot of input lag gives away its presence almost immediately.
Came to comments to see if someone was discussing the real issue here. Glad to not be disappointed lmao.
For what it’s worth, we can both agree on that. I’m very excited at the possibility of a DMC5.
Sorry you feel that way. I enjoy it, and replay it regularly. Would happily preorder and play a DmC2.
What rose colored glasses are you playing the other DMC games with? The script in *all* the games are terrible, the games kind of revel in it as part of the point. They’re B-movie schlock at best in a franchise covered in enough gothic art and metal music to fit in a mid 2000s Hot Topic store. Dante being a carefree…
Why the “lol”? Recent mobile GPUs are 10% or less difference from their desktop counterparts in performance. They’re viable gaming machines now, and now that most higher end laptops have Thunderbolt 3, you can even pair an external GPU to get more life out of them.
You can buy the old 14" Razer Blade’s on discount from Razer or participating retailers right now. They’re still 7700HQs (quad cores) with 1060s in them, so they’re by no means slouches and they’re 14" laptops.
Even if that’s what it was, I disagree and even if it was, we deserved it. Everyone in the fanbase made the biggest fucking stink over his appearance and behavior, but if you actually play the game you realize nothing’s really changed about Dante, he’s just younger than even his DMC3 persona. The mop head is…
I did the opposite of you and played this game right away when it came out, because I wanted another DMC game for the combat, even going in swearing up and down I was going to hate how they changed Dante.
Agreed. Although, admittedly, I kind of weirdly enjoy that the only progress in the game is purely cosmetic. Even if I’ve got hundreds of gold on my ship in loot, I’m not too terribly heartbroken if I get boarded/attacked. If you have local voice chat that it makes the entertainment of the inconvenience of being…
I feel like this is a result of seeing Sea of Thieves, looking at their own amount of questionable content quantity for this game and going “Shit, we have to offer more than THAT? Back to the drawing board.”
I feel this because I had to abandon my Destiny 1 character to move to Destiny 2 on PC, and I was fairly attached to him as well. It also sucked not getting to see that super-cool intro that was crafted for people who’d brought their D1 characters over because I decided to play on PC. I’m honestly surprised its so…
Yeah. They were probably like “oh this’ll be cool” and it worked on the two angles where it being flat didn’t stand out like a sore thumb, and the minute they’d have to skew it for turns, decided “fuck it”
Yeah I was like “oh cool like the aesthetic” scrolled down and immediately was like “wait where’d his arm tat go”
That would be well and good and all if my Switch didn’t already lose my Zelda data at over 100 hours in. I’ve lost all desire to go back and play again.
Easily one of my favorite recent videos of Muselk’s. I do miss his Overwatch content but MAN has he been putting out hilarious Fortnite stuff!
The cosplay and attention to detail on all of it is impressive.
