Doesn’t even work for them anymore, so this is the one time Fable’s ambition was not his fault.

It looks pretty, yeah. But as I will continue to caution - don’t get your hopes up. EA is particularly defensive of their IPs.
I think it’s called Apeiron or something. But I wouldn’t count on it getting finished
Just from messing with my own HTC Vive, the only “obtrusive UI” in the Vive is just Steam Big Picture mode and it only comes up when you request it, and actually works fairly well in VR.
You just said that to do “a cover” that you need A) Artist Permission or B) Pay minimum to royalty collection. That’s not “without permission.”
Not even a little bit. Because say if the company wanted to come out with their own remake, or just relaunch the game with support for native resolutions and Windows 10 support, why in the hell would you pay $9.99 for a working, fixed version of the original 1998 game when you can download this shiny Unreal 4 upgrade…

Aw man that sucks. I understand though. On the bright side, most electrical components tend to fail in one of two categories - Nearly immediately (i.e. first couple months) or 24 hours after the warranty has ended :P
Hahahaha. That would be awesome too!
What happened that it crapped out? :(
I almost wish he’d found a way to mount a video card in the cartridge slot, and then disguise the cooler to look like a N64 cartridge.
Mini-ITX builds are your friend!
It’s no different than constantly hoping that they’re straight.
Why does hoping for a potential pairing make someone “some kind of desperate?”
No, but some people below me corrected me - He either didn’t want the part again or felt that it wasn’t “anything new”
