Well the 4s was a 1ghz crippled to 800 mhz or there abouts so it is a little disappointing that this is so weak. But the ram boost is always a plus.

Oh and don't forget that the old S1 had more features, higher clock speed, more everything. Not a large phone. And with the little 1ghz crippeld to 800mhz in the 4s honestly most entry level androids can do more, have more grunt with less excuses.

There is a device called a galaxy ace, which has all the features of the iPoser 4s and is pretty much the budget entry level phone, so if you are going on size, not really. And features are about intelligent hardware design and mostly about the OS. So no from a technical standpoint you are wrong.
