Hey, I just started watching the third season of Blackadder today! Love that series so far.

I wouldn't say so. Given the nature of the situation, it seems like a stretch to think the child would take some sort of broad lesson from it and project it onto the many other - and (hopefully) considerably less dire - problems she will encounter in life.

Except in this case, violence wasn't demonstrated as a solution to just any problem; it was in defense of one's family. When the man's daughter is in that kind of peril, I don't think he can be blamed for not taking time to consider the more conventional legal process.

So, I passed on Pikmin the first time around, but all this excitement surrounding the sequels lately has got me interested again. Upon further consideration, the games do seem like they'd be fun. As such, I've been eying the Wii re-releases, but I hear that the first game has time limits. I tend to hate time limits.…
