Why is this different from murder? The argument isn’t that there shouldn’t be a SOL for rape but that there should be one for murder.

The cases in the 80s were ones where the police sought out children and cooerced them into lies. Some of them knew that they were doing so.

If you actually had thought about and read about those cases, you would get the difference. Those cases were ones were the police PLANTED the memories. The kids didn’t volunteer them.

Having lived in both states, I’ll take Kentucky any day.
