Sat in one and it’s ridiculous something that huge can hustle that fast and be that stable. Then again those tires wear out rather quickly to provide that sort of grip under that weight.

25kg difference when the power deficit is so much more? Yeah no. Taking out sound deadening will cut that down to 15kg I reckon.

My NA is the same weight as yours, as it also has no power anything, other than the engine there powering the rear wheels. Fun times during summer driving that car in NorCal when it’s 100F and the fan is blowing hot air...

I kept thinking the visibility would be worse than the 5th gen, but having sat in the new mustang , then sitting in the 6th gen today, I thought it was actually better in the camaro out the front than the mustang. I think the fact that the hood buldge isn’t anywhere near as bad as the mustang…

It’s great that you guys like your car really much. I just don’t feel much for the bulbousness of the mk1(not a fan of that even when new) even with the nice interior.

I never said it has poor mod potential. Stock I’d pick a boxster(MR) or Z3 over the Mk1 TT(haldex bleh) any day. I want fun for stock car. If I want to mod I’d get a C5/C6 and those would easily hang/beat the TT.
