Yeah, I don’t think so

I think it was hinted that the car was rented from Club Sportiva in the Mercury news. However that was yesterday and I don’t know if they’ve confirmed or denied that assertion.

I’d agree with that, but last time I was stuck on a freakin highway slugging along between neutral/1/2(2 would be seldom) on a Saturday morning, I thought my left calf would thank me for not giving it cramps later that day...

Hopefully Univision will toss that flaming wreck aside soon.

So you bought it even after test driving and knowing those vices? Okay then.

This isn’t some super limited edition like some MB of yore, so no real point bringing it to a dealership to repair. I know of several reputable Indy shop around the South BA. And if the car actually last another 40 years to be even worth considered a classic, pay some reknowned shop to restore it then.

Edit:

Yeah, this is trivial amount of money for those who pay 1mil+ for a car. People who buy 35k cars pay $200 for a diecast too.

Because they have money and want a scale model that’s way better than the plebian 1:18 stuff that autoart puts out.

Amalgam models have always been more than 5k each. The Huayra one costs MORE than this, so no this is nothing new..

If I’m not mistaken a box truck of any kind is way lighter and easier to control since there’s zero chance of the box jack-knifing on you, whereas the trailer would be happy to oblige :P

Yup that’s the first thing that sprang to my mind when I saw it. That is a freakin steep hill.

That is a left turn lane where people were waiting to turn left. What did you want them to do? Turn from the lane going straight? WTH.

Too much F&F I suppose? Haha.

Yeah the class crap is gonna suck and just be as annoying to see as reading the nth overwatch article on here (*throws up*), but the difference is at least it was great once.

The original Halo was a borefest to me, and to this day I still don’t get the rabid following of the series. I had MUCH more fun playing Quake and its subsequent releases, as well as the original doom(and now the new Doom).

It’s the impacts from the side and front that’s the scary part. Of course I just saw that you mentioned you ride your bikes much more often, so this might be a moot point for you.

I don’t mean to diss your car btw. The crash protection that I am referring to is the crash structure, e.g. side impact protection for the driver’s torso and front impact, again, torso. Obviously. The helmet only helps to protect the driver’s head when something impacts the head but would be irrelevant for the above

The RXC turbo right? It’s like 220k USD here. If only they can crash test these things and show us how they’d fare...

I saw one atom on 280 once before here in NorCal. I wonder if that was you. Hail to you for having the balls to drive that thing on highways, considering how crashworthy that thing is..
