Yeah good way to ignore stop sign. Well the video does not have the plates blurred out so I guess the cops can pin the driver at the time for traffic violation lol

This will surely weigh quite a bit more than the toyobarus, which means getting stuck with a 2l engine is going to make it dog slow. Not everyone can pull off what the Toyobarus did. I have yet to see a sub 3300 lbs sports car from Ford since the RS Cosworth, and that was a hatchback from 17 years ago...
That's in your opinion, otherwise there won't be Caucasians watching Asian dramas.
The guy is the dad and the woman is the mom. Didn't think he looked that young to be mistaken for her son.
Also, looked like he steered the car past the edge of the asphalt, went onto dirt area and lost traction which triggered the crash.
Love modern video technology. We get to watch Pikes Peak footage like this in 720p and up res instead of the 320x240 blurry images of yore.
I'm guessing the 6.5 is the norm and not the exception then. I remember seeing a review site getting ~7.1-2 seconds while others reviews mentioned 0-60 being 0.5 seconds faster, which is quite odd.
I'd go with extreme summer performance for track, since they are still manageable in the rain and grips even better in the dry, compared to PSS. That or go all out and use R-compound on separate set of wheels....
I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he's not a troll, but he's not replying yet so...I'm pretty sure from all the rave reviews and forum feedback that the FR-S is a really RWD sports car that's good at corner carver and drifting. It's just down in power. I just wish I can get a chance to test drive one, as of…
So, what car isn't a POS then?
Ha cool story. Must be fun driving the C6 though. Did you stick with the oem driver seat, or you put something in worthy of the car's performance? I was reading that article by R&T posted this May about some guy buying an used C5 Z06 to start his adventure in track days, and he was using the steering wheel as support…
Holy crap that's a smokin' deal. 40k off with only 6k miles. Wonder why the previous owner decided to dump a perfectly good car for such a huge loss after only driving for 6k. Yeesh.
No no don't get me wrong. Nothing wrong with the 997. It's got better steering feel than the electric steering on the 991. I'd much prefer the 997 myself. I was wondering if you got a great deal on the car if it was the case of 991(since it was so new), or an okay deal on the 997 since that was the previous gen.
For one thing, I don't think the Z4/SLK/TT are comparable to the Cayman. Yes they cost about the same before the crazy Porsche options, but the Coxster is the only one that's mid-engine and to this day the only real sports car beside the rare TT-RS that's capable of true canyon carving and not made with hair-dresser…
Yeah but then it's not the real thing :P I want my Stratos HF dangerous with 70's safety standard :D
Pretty sure you'll get your wish :D That's the beauty with plain boxsters/caymans. They're deemed not worthy by Porsche diehards and there are just too many of them to be worthwhile for collectors lol
Fair enough. No idea how much those run these days. Weren't they pretty rare to begin with?
Yeah but then the stratos was a custom one-off and cost way more to build(IF you can convince Ferrari to build another one) than this mass-market car.
At the rate they are produced/bought, pretty sure the market will be flooded with used 981s in several years and price will be low, just like the 987s are. This is especially the case for normal version and not anniversary/special edition, a la cayman R/Spyder.
Is your car the 991 or the 997? I thought 2012 was the year they switched to 991, but it was mid-year or something.
