This was obviously on a 'Tiger Cruise." Some family members get to join up with the boat at Pearl Harbor and sail back to San Diego (at least on our West-Pac in '91 they did). That's why you see so many people in civilian clothes, and why there's an announcer, and why he says "left" instead of "aft" or "port".

If your big ass monitor has an HDMI input, you should be able to use it the same way. My latest monitor has VGA, DVI, and HDMI input. I use DVI from my PC, so I have an extra HDMI input; switch the input from DVI to HDMI and viola.
