God damnit, I just love Yoshitaka Amano's art style. I just friggin love it. I wanna take it out to dinner, bend my knee in front of it, and plead for it to take my hand in marriage.

To me, the best will always be Dave McKean. Arkham Asylum is one of the most beautiful comic books ever painted. Period.

It's one hell of a twist. Few games in history have been able to pull something like Level 5 off. The only other one I can think of is Brothers: a Tale of Two Sons.

He only directed the Kingdom Hearts series and FF7AC, and it's specifically the Kingdom Hearts series that makes me shudder. It's not his fault that square kept wanting to make more games in a series, but holy cow did it become a convoluted mess. Still, like I said, he's a super talented designer, but I don't think

Oh I remember what he created in the past... *shudders*

He seems like a guy who is incredibly talented, but needs direction and editing to create a cohesive project. He's a fabulous artist, but not someone who I feel is qualified to take the helm.

Killzone has always perplexed me because it has great lore, fantastic art direction, and pretty decent shooting mechanics, but for the love of god, they cannot actually write a compelling story in that world to save their lives. It's so sad to see something with everything going for it go sit on the curb and seemingly

It comes with the game installed in Europe. In North America, you have to buy the game separately. It probably has to do with conversion rates, as £199.99 is $304.67.

PSA: If you live in North America, the Majora's Mask themed 3DS does NOT come with the game. I repeat, it does not come with the game. In Europe, however, it does.

You can hold crouch and Max will stay crouched after a dive. I'm pretty sure you can roll into cover as well. The game just didn't convey these concepts well, but they are in there.

+1 for Unity. Monument Valley was made in Unity. Unity is love. Unity is life. Unity is also free, so there's that.

I really wish they could've pushed that to its logical conclusion. It would've been sweet if the Saturn had some ungodly amazing 2D games... but it does have the Panzer Dragoon games on it, so that's something.

Well they certainly didn't buy the PS2 at launch for the games.
#boyoboycanyousaydryspell?

Speaking of, can we sit down and talk about how the Dreamcast had the best launch lineup of any console ever in the history of gaming? I mean god damn... A fair majority of those games are the best games on the console, which is

Yep, that and the DVD player in the PS2. People wanted to watch The Matrix on DVD, so they bought a PS2.

I got a handaxe, a wealth of microbrews, and a 50mm lens.

Except for the placement of the right thumbstick, it looks like a Vita.

Oh man, do share more!

Yeah, my main gripe with the game is that Bungie proved with their past titles that the 15-seconds-of-fun approach to firefights is effective and enjoyable in wide open arenas, but nobody stopped to question the inclusion of the typical MMO-damage-sponge bosses and elites. It is not fun to shoot the same enemy for a

If this news circulates effectively, a move like this essentially guarantees them selling all of their initial shipment with pre-orders and on launch day. It's not a bad business move, but it's not necessarily the best either. Still, FF Type-0 is apparently a really good game based on what I've heard from the

That was lovely.
