Agreed. My attention always seems to wander off during the middle of Spirited Away. Don't get me wrong, the last third and the beginning third are great, but the middle is when I always fall asleep. Totoro and Mononoke, on the other hand, are two that keep my attention the whole way through.

Unfortunately, I found that Skyward Sword treated me like an idiot all the way through, so I quit putting up with its repetitive bullshit about half way through and never looked back. I feel bad because the last boss fight looks pretty dope.

I fucking loved ALBW. It was the first Zelda that I could bring myself to finish since Ocarina of Time.

Have you played A Link Between Worlds? I thought that game was the best designed Zelda title since Wind Waker. It was the first Zelda in ages where I was giggling to myself constantly as Link and I figured out the many mysteries of the world. I'd totally go for this if the PS4 was backwards compatible. I have a PS3 that can play PS2 and PSX games, and I'm not willing to give that up just yet.

I've heard Todd Howard say they designed the dragons in Skyrim to be a combination of Big Daddys from Bioshock and Helicopters in HL2. That's why they behave in such a strafing manner. The Dragons Age dragons have always been more like mounted guns with claws.

I'm digging the combat. It looks like you can take dudes out without breaking the flow of the running, which is a fantastic design choice, and I'm glad they implemented it. I don't want to be shooting people, but man, jumping on people in Far Cry 3 felt good, and running off of walls and kicking people in Titanfall…
