Sounds like he was at least savvy enough to borrow Graham Norton's talk show format. Love it when all the guests are allowed to bounce off of each other.

I view Grinder and Grandfathered as a thematic pair so much that it's hard to imagine one going on without the other.
I like them both a lot, but I'd probably drop Grandfathered if Grinder got cancelled.

"Whaddya mean, cordcutters who choose to commit to ads or subscriptions instead of pirating our content are also legitimate viewers and customers?"
Even more important to their interests than most cable subscribers, actually. People who DVR things tend to fast forward through the ads.

It took them years developing the treatment only to land on "rip off The Smurfs"?

No love for Phoenix Jones and the Rain City Superhero Movement in the review or comments? Clearly the inspiration given the Seattle setting.

Speaking of X-Files, is anyone else getting a bit of a Krycek vibe from Ward's arc right now? They just keep doubling down on his assholery, and now he's been possessed/had his life saved by an alien force.
