Hey, I feel the pain here. We went in May and it was stupid expensive. It’s the only time we’ve taken our kids and we likely won’t go again. If we do, it will be ten years from now. However, I don’t get the opinion that everyone should be able to go to Disney. I’ve always looked at it as a privilege, not a right. It

As a casual gamer who rarely finds time with kids, I’ve really enjoyed this game.  The SBMM has really upped the enjoyment factor for me since I can get through a game the a handful of kills with a K/D ratio of around 50%.  Before, it was live for 15 seconds, die, repeat.

I live in Syracuse, and understand the hate, but I actually like it here.  We’ve got some real problems, inner city poverty being probably the major one, but the surrounding suburbs are beautiful and have very good schools.  There’s a current resurgence of the downtown area and the summers are absolutely unmatched.

So these guys are complaining that they don’t just get to romp through lobbies against people who barely know how to play yet? Am I missing something here?  That’s “ruining” gaming?

Fire in the Sky occupies that space for me of “movies you definitely shouldn’t have watched at that age”. I was probably 10 when I saw it and that abduction sequence is burned into my memory. I don’t think I slept right for months. It was awesome.

If you don’t think she’s seriously considering a video leak, you’re crazy.  She’s dying for that type of publicity.

I’m gonna say something, and believe me when I say it that I truly, truly from the bottom of my heart mean it....

Correlation =/= causation. Macroeconomics is a tricky bitch, but you’re right - the two move inversely.

I always felt like the fed really fucked up the rebound from the great recession.  They wait like a decade too long to raise rates slowly back up and now it’s biting us in the fucking ass.  As things were improving after 2008, rates should have been going up like 0.25%/yr.  But any time even a whiff of a rate increase

Chimps would freak me out more than a gorilla. They go right for the family jewels in an attack and then proceed to bite off your fingers and face. I think I’d rather be pummeled to death by a gorilla.

AND buy Dad a house?  Have you seen the housing market lately??

I love how fast this went from “Buy an entire car company!” to “Shit, you’re on the lam and you only have $3k left”. Exactly how I’d handle the money. Except more hookers and coke.

What an odd comment.  As a parent of a 10 and 7 yo, I’ve already started trying to think of ways to make my house be the hangout spot.  You want your kids where they can be safe and still feel independent with their friends.

The right to vote alone doesn’t mean it’s a democracy. Gerrymandering and removal of voting rights make it pretty damn clear we’re not living in a democracy.

Theoretically, you’re right. But I honestly believe we’ve moved past the point of no return. The GOP has spent the last 40 years whipping their base into a frenzy. The advent of the 24 hour news channel made it easier to pump straight up right wing propaganda into households every day. After watching Jan 6, seeing

I get it. But imho, if you have the death penalty and you execute ONE innocent person, that’s enough to abolish it all together. This guy will do life and it will be an absolutely miserable existence. I’m ok with making his life as miserable as legally possible for a very, very, VERY long time, it if means an innocent

This. Right. Fucking. Here.

No way in hell I’m losing a fight to a damn goose.  I will punt that m-f’er into the next county if they ever come at me or my kids.  No hesitation.

I occasionally get migraines that result in transient aphasia - which manifests in me being able to think perfectly clearly, and understand what’s being said to me, but when I speak, it’s just gibberish. I can’t even type or write things I want to say. I get them a couple times a year and the episodes last for about

I also hold an MBA and can confirm, we fucking suck.
