This a million times over. I would say that I see over a dozen vehicles not using directional signals in a given day driving to and from work (40 min total). I'm sure this is worse in greatly populated areas (Appleton, WI here).

As others have stated, video does not do the man any justice. This is probably my favorite clip, makes me bust up every time I watch it.
