I had both parents growing up. I'm assuming the joke is writing to a dad that does not care, but just sharing these weird moments for the sake of sharing, and hoping that if dad does notice, he'll respond? The joke with the mom being kidnapped by Entei was kind of funny - because Ash goes out of his way to include the

The most terrifying moments in a FPS is when you think you're a fucking ninja and some better ninja-ing jerk on the other team is a few feet away from you with a melee weapon in hand.

If Microsoft was so protective of the Halo movie, why not just open up your own movie studio? Start with making some CGI straight-to-DVD stuff as you build your team, and once the experience rolls in, build your movie? I want to point to Pixar as a company which started as a tech company and then became a film studio.

This is definitely interesting for kids to teach them basic game design. I'm definitely going to check it out.

Why are you plugging it? There has to be an investment for you. If you are a fan, why so? It looks completely uninteresting to me - and I am a indie game developer.

What kinda PC world do you live in? My Steam is easily topping 200mb, but out of a pool of 16gb of ram.

But the thing about GOG is that there's still a process to accept the game onto their services. I can totally see Tiggit allowing almost anything on their network, including games made during game-jams.

Draw something lags the hell out of my phone(s). I have a android 2.4 and a Iphone 3gs, and on the android, it lags like crazy loading everything up. Iphone is more tolerable, but it's still at least 20 seconds before it loads a drawing. Those 20 seconds, I could have gotten through a Scribblenauts level, or beat

The title is just trolling. And I LOVE board games. Board games are social in a physical space. Video games are independent, or social in a digital space. I do recommend all gamers check out the physical space if you can find some likeminded people. I used to be a loner, but then I met people on [meetup.com] who also

A part of me likes the new singleplayer. It's more 'single-playery'. I like that you now grow in a RPG-lite kind of way. I like being able to customize the race. The story is more cohesive and the missions much more unique and varied compared to the original SC. But what I don't like is that it's just terrans. BLEH.

I just want a good story with decent characters in my FPS. Is that so hard? Look, I'll even ignore the invisible walls, the rails you forced me on, and how I need my team to do everything like open doors and tell me what to do.

There's the poll in South Korea, where 70% of guys turn to DoTA2 or LoL because they're single and lonely.

Been reading them here and there, but they just make me feel confused. I really like the art. Am I missing something?

I like the artwork a lot, but I just don't get the comics. Read them here and there, and they all just make feel confused. It's like I'm missing something.

There's lots of conversations about that floating around. The amount people ask for is petty in comparison to what a game actually costs to make. Fallout cost $2.5 million to make (in 1997, that would be $3.3 mil now). Of course, now there's better and cheaper development tools, and the ability to reduce costs by

I would consider the definition of grinding to be a monotonous and boring task for the sake of a reward. I never looked at grinding at that perspective. But would you consider watching a movie just to see a particular scene 'grinding'? I would think she enjoyed her replay time in ME2.

The difference is that he didn't give away whole products for free. He isn't giving away Fallout the game away for free. A better comparison is to say he gave away 'passages of the book' for free, since these posters are just bits and pieces of Fallout.

Finally, someone who understands that the two terms aren't the same thing!

You know that part in the article that says that it's Bethesda's lawyer firm and not Bethesda themselves?

So I'm donating him to - achieve his personal dream?
