Boomer to Millennial torch passing - this is kind of what I expect to happen...GenX gets passed over yet again...(Obama - technically “Generation Jones” - is the closest we’ll get, more than likely).

it’s more fun to believe that Ted’s got a bit of a schoolboy crush, but yeah, it’s probably this.

I did see one of those on a cow once at a state fair.  The cow did not look pleased.

I always thought that was Newt Gingrich.....

Impossible is pretty close in my experience (got the stuff at Qdoba in a burrito the other day), though I thought Beyond burgers from the local vegan food truck were a very good approximation in texture and flavor.

my wife the vegetarian holds this opinion - she’s generally not a fan of wannabe-meats, and the Beyond/Impossible stuff is too close in experience to the real thing for her liking.

He’s slid nicely into “character actor” territory, which isn’t a bad place to be.

he was good in a small one called “Driving Lessons” as well.

the first few Harry Potter films suffer from directorial issues, and the later ones just kind of went on autopilot. Doesn’t help that Harry is the least interesting character in his own story. Radcliffe as an adult, though, has taken on some interesting challenges. Check out Imperium or Swiss Army Man.

I really miss comedic Tom Hanks.  The Burbs, Bachelor Party, Money Pit...

Kristen Stewart *nailed* Joan Jett in Runaways.

Niven’s classic, “Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex”

no gnus is good gnus

If I’m drinking, I mostly make worse puns than usual and go online and buy sound gear I don’t need.  Assaulting people is the last thing on my mind.

great...more gratuitous CG animals.

you ever been to Montoursville PA? There’s nothing else to do...
