I will give you that with the number of options in the Ford compared to basically none for the Toyota it will be impossible to find a base model Ford for at least the first year, and maybe not ever.

How is a quad door full size to a quad door compact apples to apples? What about the $1000 dollar automatic option for the Toy? Ford is racing the super cab, not the super crew therefore looking just at off-road performance you would compare the base models. Plus a super cab Ford probably has a bigger cab then the

Haha, how do you know they didn’t then add the stickers?

You mean 40k vs 48k. Seriously it’s not that hard to look up the MSRPs.

He went outside and gave Ricardo the inside then went back to the inside and basically squeezed Ricardo towards the inside of the track. There was no place for Ricardo to go, Vettel should have tried to go underneath Ricardo.

Are we suppose to feel different about this happening because the guy is disabled or not? The title sucks.

I would agree that’s it’s probably the future and being mid 30's I’m not worried about updating (not necessarily upgrading) early. I’m pretty sure I will own something like it down the road so my interest is in cars that may go extinct.

What’s the diff between this and the taco?

The press release refers to the X-Class as a “one-ton pickup,” but it’s very important to understand they mean one metric ton.

I was sitting shot gun in a Jeep Cherokee at Pismo Dunes at night with my buddy driving. We generally were staying away from people and tried to make it up a steep dune but couldn’t do it. We backed down the hill to the flat and were just taking a break but engine and lights were still on. I look out the passenger

Only a person should be able give up their life for others, it doesn’t always happen but its not logical to make a car that doesn’t protect its passengers.

My dad once flipped a quad by trying to avoid a puddle which put his front tire on a 2 inch diameter tree which flipped the quad and my dad into the puddle.

I think its a bullshit reason for Ferrari to say they are “all about performance” when they generally aren’t the fastest cars but usually the most passionate ones allegedy (I haven’t driven them). The Viper ACR and Corvette Z06 are faster then the 488GTB, and they are manuals vs dual clutch to rub salt in the wound. I

I completely see your point. It would be nice to buy a simple easy to work on million mile pickup, but I’m not sure it would cost less and manufacturers wouldn’t be able to sell you a replacement.

Law of diminishing returns, all the easy things to get better mileage are already done, now comes the expensive complex tech to eek out the efficiency gains. And your driving isn’t exactly the EPA test cycle, also comparing one truck to the average simply means your truck is better then average.

Nice write up. I have a new JK and an old XJ and it pains me that I offered the XJ up for sale recently, the 4.0 liter HO with a AX15 will be missed, as will the cable throttle. I don’t know why but most digital throttles including the one in JK really bother me and make it hard to drive because of the damn low pass

Magnets (both electro and permanent) can only pull magnetic material, not push. You would need two polarized magnets (one on road and one on wheels) to repel each other.

The extra reciprocating weight will make for a heavier flywheel to smooth out the dynamics (see Yamaha R1 cross plane crank), the flywheel plus the reciprocating mass will make it hard to work with a manual or dual clutch transmission, seeing this is Nissan it’s logical to assume CVT application.

I want to like this car but the GT350 exists.
