But enough about the Rolling Stones album, Emotional Rescue. Worst Rolling Stones album and it was right after Some Girls, which is fantastic. I saw them when that album came out. Mercifully they played almost none of it.

Yeah, until the album Killroy Was Here, which was a hit, but annoyed so many of their fans, myself included. The Grand Illusion is a damned near perfect album. It had hits, it had great songs which weren’t hits like Miss America.

But the rule requires La Porte to establish either a.) possession or b.) control. Neither of those happened. The rule is not if it hits his arm anything that happens after that is null and void.
