I really think that every electric car should come with a gasoline-powered backup generator as standard equipment.

But you can buy gas in advance and keep it in the back of the car. You can’t buy a few extra 30 mile cans of electricity yet.

I’m more freaked out by the prospect of having an electric car when there’s no power for a week...
