The Flex is a bit of a dark horse in Ford's lineup – and that's what makes it great. It can seat 7 or haul a lot of stuff, without being yet another amorphous blob of a crossover.
Maybe it's just the Eagle Scout in me but I always have an emergency kit in my car anytime I go more than 20-30 miles even in good weather and I live in a place that rarely gets more than a couple inches of snow. I rarely ever need it but the peace of mind it brings is well worth it. Mine isn't just for getting…
Yeah, I don't share that "taste". If I rolled up at the office in that I'd get laughed at. It looks like it should belong to a 24 year-old with a rich daddy.
Shit, Tyrone, Get it together!!!
Leasing is a bad financial move, overall, but I'm happy that so many people do it. It allows for lots of certified pre-owned options for people like me. My current car was bought CPO with 30k on the odo and a warranty that lasts to 100,000 miles and I paid $15k less than it originally would have sold for. For that…
30 miles is not that far for a commute in a lot of places. In the central US that's less than a 30 minute commute. I know plenty of people who want to have a large chunk of land so they live 50 miles or more from work. On a turnpike at 75mph its still a faster commute than a lot of people in big coastal cities.
All women are different but when pregnant with both my kids my wife went through a phase where she was (I'll stop short of "horny") surprisingly receptive. As soon as I got over any weirdness I was all about that. Then of course she has the kid and you go on hiatus and that first time back is really weird.
No kidding. After reading that I made a mental note to, immediately following the "sex talk", give them a talk about never attempting to do anything romantic until they're in college.
Whatever it is, I hope they sell it in the US...
Tramel is unbearable, especially on the radio. These sports journalists think way too much of themselves. Most all Thunder fans, myself included, know where Westbrook's comments were directed. We don't need his boring, cliche'd take on anything. We can watch a game and draw our own conclusions anyway.
That's the ideal race for that beast. The monocle is the perfect touch, as well.
What puzzles me is that a person with presumably enough intelligence to make enough money to afford a car like that would not be intelligent enough to not drive in that manner.
Happens all the time where I am. People that are unfamiliar with the area, uncomfortable with city traffic, or are just morons, go slow in the middle lane, not wanting to affect fast traffic on the left, or people entering or exiting on the right. I feel it's much safer to pass on the right in that situation, if you…
oh, and you misspelled "Tulsa".
I wish I could score tickets. It sold out faster than the Garth Brooks concerts. I did a lot of work on the facility where the race is held but never got to see the main event. Just walking through the pits, though, is an amazing experience.
Depending on the car show it's like that for most cars with me. I have no interest in yet another Corvette or Mustang, even if I'd drive the shit out of one myself. They're just not impressive.
Ha ha ha, What I hear is I'd be safe driving one of these. I could easily afford a $30k porsche replica but I can assure you that nobody that I went to school with will ever show up with an authentic $400,000 version.
If you ever read the police reports (at least around where I live) you see tons of people cited for driving without insurance/license. They just keep doing it. For some of them they actually come out money ahead vs insurance if they don't get pulled over very often.
