I think you need 5% for scabies — see how high a concentration you can find in the store. (not a doctor, but have unfortunately have had this particular misfortune.)

you need permethrin. they sell it over-the-counter in lice treatments, but not in high enough concentrations. but it’s generic, so hopefully it wouldn’t even cost much out of pocket.

I would call my local pharmacist.
