Can you identify the science fiction movie/TV show from its operating system? The Radio Times has a quiz with fifteen questions ranging from the obvious to the more obscure.

YES OMG YES. Cordy is the most underserved character in the Buffyverse. Yeah, she was a bitch, but you know what?

Went from typical mean girl to big damn hero. She didn’t have any offensive powers, just her visions, and she still kicked ass. Xander gets credit for being a non-powered Scooby, but Cordy was just as non-powered and wasn’t all mopey and whiny like Xander.

Wookies don’t get medals. Look, the Rebel Alliance is more progressive than the Empire but there are just some things the galaxy isn’t ready for. It’s not my opinion but sometimes you just have to wait. Wookies will get medals someday just not today.

But you got over ten minutes of the whole team, including the ones who died, strutting down an LA flood control channel in awesome 80’s clothes to awesome 80’s pop music during the credits.

Hey, do you know if Ball does tours at any point in the year?

This reminds me of a story my dad relayed to me once. A customer had a spec that some electronics had to survive 20,000 Gs or something ridiculous. They sent off the first prototype for testing, and later received back a pile of dust with a note that asked them to try again.

Just remember to tighten the bolts.

“But the real question is... will it shake?”

Running shake tests seems like the most fun thing. I would end up fired for all the things I would want to shake.

Yeah, most profilers seem to have gone to the John Edwards School of Vague Shots in the Dark. Most studies aren’t to favorable to them.

It would hardly be the first time that our understanding of the fundamental reality of time has been broken.

“Osgood news, everyone!”
