Emmy voters are morons, apparently. That show is awesome and she deserves all of the awards ever. Even bowling trophies. Probably a tiara too.

It's also closely correlated with owning/driving a car. When you have to carry everything home, you adjust the volume/weight of your purchases very quickly! Also a suburban vs. city thing.
Sounds like a dirty sex thing. Bottom freezers.
I did a study abroad in London and I didn't have a fridge or microwave or even a toaster. When it was still winter, I put milk/juice/cheese in a plastic bag and hung it out the window to keep cold, but that's it. I ended up going to the store about twice a week (I also had to walk 1 mile from the store back to my…
OMG it's so terrible. Worse than I expected, and I expected it to be bad. I feel much better about my Saturday sessions of cleaning/singing Frozen songs at top volume.
And deadlifts!
A bindle. That's the sack on a stick.
Offensive! #NotallPersons
When people are accurately describing where something happened, it's not some agenda to humiliate the place, it's just...the truth. It doesn't look good for Alabama, the newspaper, or those men, but that doesn't mean we hide the unpleasant facts.
I assume my boss will be in charge of the microchip, right?
That is literally the only reason I clicked on this article so thank you.
It's not really an IUD, but the concept is the same. Lasts 3 years. I think it's as effective as an IUD. Some women stop having periods (me), some women still get spotting. I think there's a better chance of periods stopping entirely if you have the IUD with the hormones. More here: http://www.plannedparenthood.org/hea…
Count your blessings! My (US) doctor told me I wouldn't have to pay anything. Now they are hounding me for $500 for the same procedure, and don't know how I could have gotten the idea that it would be $0. :-/
I got it in January, and I think the spotting lasted about a month, mid-Jan to mid-Feb. Then it just...went away. Nothing since. So I would give it a few more weeks before worrying about it. I do still sometimes get the period-related symptoms—sore back, irrational anger, weepyness, the need to eat my weight in…
I tried Depo for a while. I gained 30 lbs in the first 3 months! And it took almost 2 years to lose the weight. Never again. I think all of these options just affect each woman differently, so we all just have to keep trying until we find one that works for us.
Even our names are the same...are you my evil twin?
It's not total BS. I have never been pregnant and they could not insert an IUD. They tried for about 10 minutes, which was pretty fucking painful. Afterward, they said they could give me a pill to 'soften' my cervix and we could try again (with no guarantee of success), but I was just done at that point.
I tried to get an IUD but they couldn't insert it because my cervix was uncooperative. I got the arm implant instead and it is awesome. I had spotting for the first month, but nothing since then. Lasts 3 years.
Hobby Lobby has specifically said they don't have a problem with covering vasectomies. So....yeah. Par for the course.
