If Miller wasn’t upset, one wonders why he would go on a podcast and declare that he wouldn’t do Deadpool 3 even if they doubled his salary.

Someone that size would have extreme difficulty getting to and from the set, going through makeup and wardrobe, and spending weeks of long days under hot lights.

Someone who is 600 lb can physically do very, very little. That kind of extra body mass makes doing the minimum basic activities of daily living extremely difficult, much less meeting the demanding schedule required of an actor.

Doesn’t understand or that wasn’t the movie they wanted to make?

There are no 600 pound actors with any kind of profile in the industry, and like he said, the issues with casting someone who actually weighed 600 pounds would be prohibitive. Aranofsky also has to make his investor’s money back, therefore you need a known name to put on the poster. I don’t have a problem with them

Its just a shame to think of all the gay, 600lb actors who lost out on this role.

I used to watch Murder, She Wrote with my grandmother; I lived with her for a brief time while my parents were going through a difficult patch. To this day those are some of my nicest childhood memories, sitting in front of the TV eating Riesens and doughnuts and watching Angela Lansbury solve crimes. Rest easy and in

First of all, I believe everyone who has a story to tell. These stories have been circulating for years.

Seems like a pretty big miss not releasing this around Halloween.

Why the fuck do they keep thinking that anyone wants Fred Armisen to be in literally anything?

I’m perfectly fine with a South Asian Velma, and/or a lesbian/bi Velma (although, tbh, I always assumed Fred was the LGBTQ+ one of the gang), but I don’t really want an adult, gory, and sexy Scoobyverse show. Eh, I’m sure it’ll make a lot of other people happy.

I will also say that attacking the makers of another queer(ish) project is probably not a good idea.

This looks amazing! “Time for some season’s beatings.”

No, but only because they don't like anything. They don't even like themselves.

Do TV execs like TV?

Gonna be honest, I have yet to scratch a DVD or lose a disc, and I've definitely sat down to watch multiple movies on Netflix only to find that they've migrated to other services (or paid to rent movies on Amazon only for them to appear on subscription a few weeks later). Streaming is unreliable, in short.

“I’m not a homophobe, I’m not a toxic male! One time I let my daughter put a pink tiara in my hair! I’m sensitive as fuck.

I know a man who claims his daughter made him a feminist. Yet, he wouldn’t vote for Hillary in 2016. Darn it all, he really really really wanted to vote for a woman, just not that woman. Leading up to 2020, I was asking him about all the Democratic women running for president. Unsurprisingly, he had a problem with

Can we also get rid of the #GirlDad shit as well?

It’s a fine family friendly Halloween movie. I am always surprised by the fact that I was actually theatrically ran as it feels like a made for TV movie
