I’m apparently in the minority, but man, everything about this movie is the exact opposite of what I wanted out of a Chip N Dale’s Rescue Rangers movie.

I would add that he doesn’t have a lot of options. A chance at his dad being spared is better than nothing.

Nacho was no scholar, but he was smarter than the average thug. The motel episode last week was enough evidence he has a street-smart wit that characters underestimate. As for his father, when Mike says he’ll do something, he’ll do it. That may be all the trust Nacho needs.

I just read a couple good interviews with Michael Mando and in the Vanity Fair one, he talks about how Peter, Vince, and Melissa told him that he was going to have his “own feature film inside this season.” They were definitely right, but I also feel sad that it happened so early in the season as you do.

Honestly...the final lipsync was very underwhelming. That song was a choice. And both of them seemed pretty low energy. It was obvious production wanted Willow to win (who is amazingly charismatic!), so I’m not sure why they didn’t pick a campier song that she’d excel at.

I stopped watching this show after S1, but after hearing about this ending I watched it on YouTube and... wow. Tropes aside, that just seems... bad. I might be missing some important context but in terms of structure it just seems like such a terrible idea to have the central antagonists’ be killed (off screen and in…

Maybe the reason why Netflix’s stock is taking is that their business model of cancelling beloved shows because they’re constantly searching for new subscribers instead of making any effort to keep their current customers actually, you know, happy with their purchase, is starting to catch up with them.
