I am super glad Paul isn't with us anymore. I could not have cared less about that boring, boring character.

Wow, I… did not laugh once.
This season has been super upsetting so far, considering how much I loved last season, and really liked the first two.

That would be cute, hahah! Maybe there's some cute guys in Dollywood (although who knows if we'll see any of that- next season will probably just pick up with Sue returning home).

People don't always continue to go for something because they feel they deserve it, but rather because they want it. I saw his pursuit of Erica to be about him loving her, not him feeling like she must love him. I never got a sense of entitlement from him, and I highly doubt that's what the writers were going for

I guess that's where I don't agree with you about Geoff then- he never felt entitled. He never got angry with her for not wanting him. He fell for her and believed they'd be good together, could probably even (like Barry&Lainey) see that she liked him back and just wouldn't do anything about it. Maybe it just wasn't

It's not a flaw to me either, I just agree with OP that it's not right if Brad isn't ever portrayed as sexual, or having no romantic feelings while everyone else has. I mean, Hutch has talked about getting with girls, but you know you'd never hear Brad say something like that about a guy; or like how Sue has just been

Okay, well, I guess I'm thinking more of what would make entertaining television, and not about how someone might watch The Goldbergs and go on a rampage… 'cause I really don't see that happening.

and so has his hair!

Yeah, I never really thought about it before because he's not a main character, but we saw Carly date, and Darrin&Seans girlfriends… at least mention that Brad met a boy or something at some point, show.

I've loved that, too. You'd think Erica would be dating all the time, like, as you said, most sitcom teenage girls do. I love that she hasn't been, but they'll be going into season 4, and it's her last year of high school, so it would make sense (and be fun, I think) to see her in a relationship finally (there was

"His "Have a summer" to her felt so fucking vindictive, like someone on the show didn't get the hot girl he was lusting after in high school but now he'll show her!"

"Why is it that every time my family gathers for a meal, someone has to bring up my mother's vagoo?"

I agree with everything, but I wonder if Waterstons performance is somewhat on Sheen. MS is a good actor of course, but I feel that if SW had someone else to play off of, it would be better. It's MS that's not really bringing it for me.

True. It was either a very slow process or he lied…

I assumed that he was hoping Grace would see how she is and not feel guilty anymore, because it's clear they don't exactly have a "relationship" now, he's really just a caretaker. I agree though, for someone who knows she already has doubts, and that his wifes memories do occasionally come back, it was pretty stupid

I hope Grace gets a lasting love interest eventually. It was understandable that her first relationship after her divorce (Guy) wouldn't work out, but when she breathed Phil's name at the end of last season, I had hope that this would be a big thing. It just came and left within a couple episodes though. Sol&Frankie

Exactly! The reviewer said she didn't owe him anything afterwards, but it wasn't about that. It was about her not letting him know beforehand. If your biological son says he wants to meet you and then introduce you to his family, it's extremely shitty to not let him know that you don't plan on having anything to do

That's why I really hope he's not a bad guy. I want one person who's there and on their side just because they are friends, and just because he is a good person.

Krystal needs meet everyone and be in every episode and become the new main clone of the show (*random weird thing I thought tonight- how cute would it be for Krystal&Scott to fall in love? just saying).

Still can't believe.
