There's checkpoints to insure people aren't driving drunk and if your found to be drunk driving your license is taken away from you. You could also get fined and maybe do jail time.

Vegans debate this shit constantly with each other as well. There's no secret vegan or vegetarian pope who lays down the commandments on what is and isn't.

Good call on the Breaking Bad comparison. I haven't really thought before how this show is Breaking Bad from Jesse's perspective.
I guess Mr.Robot would be this shows version of Walter White. The surrogate father figure who rather then looking out for his young partner just pulls him deeper into chaos.

Totally agree but the end of Skyfall sort or resets the James Bond universe to one that mirrors the Moore-era. I'm not saying I expect Daniel Craig to go skydiving with a Union Jack parachute, but I wouldn't be surprised if he did :)

I thought Skyfall was more of a reconstruction. Like a modern version of a Roger Moore bond film. The big action set pieces, the campy villain, the love interest who's a casual fling instead of an actual character.

When Daredevil fought that Ninja in the show, this rule popped into my head. Daredevil vs an army of Ninja, no contest. Only one shows up and I'm shouting at my TV for DD to run.

I think that's to do with balancing the tone. With the super powers and and aliens the show is getting pretty fantastical compared to its spy-fi roots. So now the action has to have more impact. If only to help the audience suspend belief with whats going on around the characters.

I think it has more to do with the time period rather then the geographical area. A southern would be a movie set before the westward expansion and the Civil War. Granted like all genre boundaries its super fuzzy and vague.

So like the Evil Dead movies then. Just with the ordering moved around a little. First a low budget movie, third a piss take and the second being a remake with a larger budget.

You should finish it just for Tasha's stoic refusal to be baited into a debate.

That is so hard to read. Yet I cant stop.
