And your evidence for this being a miscarriage of justice is....?  I’ll agree it certainly COULD be but there’s no compelling (heck, even not compelling) evidence to suggest he did not do this, only his word.  So why go to bat on this particular case, of the millions of people who have been convicted of a crime?
