I live less than 30 minutes (in Chiba prefecture) from downtown Tokyo (20 minutes from Tokyo station, 40 from Shinjuku). Housing is very affordable, even owning a car is not expensive.

I think you folks are complaining just to complain. Windows 10 is fine. I’m generally a Linux guy and even I have nice things to say about it. Easy to install, works great, stable.
