They were most certainly NOT flying first class.
The naivety in this post is actually kind of sweet.
Doesn’t sound insane, sounds like the only reason they can get this terrorist sympathizer in jail. AKA a good thing.
Thing is, if they leave again they can just get a sweetheart deal from their new city at that time.
Heck, $10K isn’t even that much for 4 people to go on vacation :)
EVERY game needs more giant bugs!
No, it’s super easy to switch between LHD and RHD. I’m an RHD country resident (and drive a lot), grew up driving LHD and frequently need to do so when I visit family. The switch is SIMPLE.
Shitty human being-itis.
Ohhh you clearly do :)
Yeah, but Japanese content isn’t so great on Japanese Netflix, either. It’s improving, but it’s mostly older stuff or V-cinema.
Lawyers.
Yes, companies tend to get pissy about profit margins, given that’s the reason they exist.
Why would you want to specifically access Japanese Netflix? A whole lot of people in Japan are using VPNs to get to US Netflix...

I can’t think of too many businesses that WOULDN’T pay for funeral expenses in this circumstance. I’ve never worked for a company that doesn’t provide this sort of benefit, and under these cicumstances - where the employee is the victim of a crime at the workplace - that yes, yes it is a “moral obligation”.
Uh, I don’t think helping the family of your employee who was killed while working at your business qualifies “providing for your every need”.
Oh, I’d say they’re under a moral obligation to do so, actually. Certainly not legally, but morally, yeah. They should.
Being compassionate towards the family of an employee killed while at work. That’s why.
