Yeah, but most of the cars I like from those eras can be re-bumpered with Euro bumpers and everything looks nice again.

I don’t necessarily disagree that the late 70s were shit, but the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and early 70s have lots of beautiful cars. I’m also quite partial to the blossoming SUV market of the 80s.
Then she has changed position again, because her initial plan was to get rid of all our nuclear.
Have you ever had a steam burn? That is scary stuff!
“Now, the extremists among us will argue that to rectify this situation we should simply destroy every car built before 1980. And, honestly? It’s hard to argue with that.”
Elizabeth Warren’s Campaign after her firm endorsement of Khaleesi just a few weeks ago.
Stop, drop, shut it down.
Wasn’t she roasting them during the battle? It seemed like her troops were as likely to get blasted.
If by killing it, you mean every country/state that has decommissioned nuclear plants to “go green” ends up producing a lot more CO2, because their renewable can’t meet the demand and they end up using gas and coal, sure. Otherwise, not so much.
This one, on land use of renewables is really good.
How do you think we get the materials to build solar panels, batteries, and the metal to build huge windmills?
You could build one lead encased warehouse in the middle of nowhere to store nuclear waste with zero additional environmental footprint beyond whatever building a warehouse involves. Or you could store it in the empty cave in Nevada we spent billions on for that exact purpose.
I love the people who ostensibly like the environment, but hate nuclear. The cognitive dissonance utterly delicious.
“I believe the concept of sexual dimorphism is a way humans contextualize and categorize common differences between individuals of the same species, but ultimately that’s still a social construct that we’re applying to nature in an effort to explain what we are seeing rather than something quantifiable”
Elevated Testosterone doesn’t convey advantages? Someone better tell that to steroid users.
Sexual dimorphism in primates isn’t a social construct. It is constrained by biological realities. Are you confusing gender and sex? Or are you of the school that thinks humans are unique in the primate world and aren’t actually sexually dimorphic?
All the next best women are also black. How specifically is this racist?
The fact that they had to memory hole the tool due to it not being credible seems fairly relevant to my original point.
Would Poynter’s editor count as a legitimate source?
Don’t be so reductive. It is also a great way to remember people’s birthdays!
