It could actually help, in that a person seeking regular treatment with a provider for one of the above mental illnesses will likely result in their provider spotting issues or deterioration much quickly than a dude who has no experience with mental health never seeking treatment for CTE.

Are CTE and what sounds like schizophrenia or maybe bi-polar disorder connected?  If not, it likely won’t make a difference around this specific issue.
