Does it just play audio of all content or music content? Basically, I listen to various lectures/ted talks/etc. None of them are visually presented beyond looking at the lecturer. I’d prefer they had the ability to work like a podcast.

If youtube really wanted to help people, they’d make listening to audio only while the app is closed a lot easier. Most of the content I listen to doesn’t derive it’s appeal from what you see, but what people are saying.

There isn’t a lawsuit outstanding. They can legally comment on whatever they want. They shouldn’t comment, but if they plan on running stories like this, they are hypocrites.
