That’s because the only “accuser” at the time was Jenna Kirkman and she had explicitly stated that she wasn’t talking about CK.

That still leaves lane splitting that (at least in my area) is done at any speed and usually puts me a lot closer to a bike than I’d hope to be. I’m fine with filtering and splitting in stop and go, but it terrifies me for the person when everyone else is doing 50ish and they are doing 65.

Yeah, it seems like the way to avoid hacked arms is to not give the arm bluetooth or wifi. Just have small USB jack or something and people can update software offline.
