He certainly said something dumb, but it does have a good base.. what if men could move on from the thought of penetration as a sign of feminity and submissiveness? Machismo just doesn’t do it for me..

I’m wondering if he meant many men believe penetration is passive/feminine and if they were to allow themselves to open up and experiment sexually (gay or straight) they would not believe in gender norms as much. It is badly worded but I could understand this.
