LOLOL. Every country isn’t as racially mixed as the United States. I don’t go to a movie in India or Japan expecting to see black, white, Hispanic or Latino actors in their movies.

Other countries do it because they can’t easily get actors who aren’t locals. In America you can find actors of any ethnicity you can think of without extra costs just by asking.
