There are quite a lot of articles detailing the problems with AirBnB, especially as they relate to how people are abusing it in apartment buildings in many major cities and how that affects entire housing markets. But for an easy to digest form, I like to recommend Adam as a jumping off point.

Good. The hotel industry isn’t fault-free, but AirBnB, much like Uber, is fucked up on a level that makes me root for their demise - unless we can get some regulations in place.

I don’t care if they have a five minute rave with the cheerleaders at the end of a particularly great play. Penalize them for delay of game, not for excessive celebration if you must.
